  • What are the shipping methods?
    Our products are sent via standard US mail shipping which will take 5-7 business days with a flat $7 fee.
  • What is your return policy?
    The merchandise must be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date if bought in store. Merchandise must also be returned in original packaging and with tags attached. If merchandise is bought online there are no returns!!
  • What if my item (s) arrive damaged?
    Any damaged item(s) can be sent back and you will receive a new item(s) within 7-10 business days after we process the exchange and order the new merchandise. All damages must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Are all the items on this site authentic?
    Yes, Trinity Jewelers is an authorized retailer for Citizen, Bulova, Caravelle, Ferrari, Fossil, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Truwood, and Versace watches. All of the jewelry is 10k & 14k gold or sterling silver. The stones in our jewelry can vary from cubic zirconia stones, Swarovski crystals, or diamonds.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all credit and debit cards. We also accept cash and personal checks (instore only).
  • How do I know my order has been secured?
    You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you place the online order.
  • What if an items (s) is out of stock?
    Please message, email, or call Trinity Jewelers with a description of the item(s) and we can give you a restock time estimate.
  • How soon will I get a customer service response?
    You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
  • What are the widths and lengths of the chains?
    We carry Cubans, figaros, and ropes in stock at all times. If you would like a specific length or width, please message, email, or call.
  • Will any of your products fade?
    The only products that will fade are our silver that are overlayed with gold. This is the only product that you will have to have the color fixed on.
